Did you know that paper can hold the weight of books or other heavy items? It can when you fold and roll it to support the weight of the objects!

Miss Heard’s 3rd graders experimented with paper and built various structures to see which one would hold the most books. Students could fold or roll the paper any way they chose.
Students dressed up like the Lorax to celebrate Read Across America week, complete with mustaches!
